王金良,中國(guó)農(nóng)業(yè)科學(xué)院哈爾濱獸醫(yī)研究所研究員,博士生導(dǎo)師,重要人獸共患病與烈性外來(lái)病創(chuàng)新團(tuán)隊(duì)首席科學(xué)家,國(guó)家自然科學(xué)基金“優(yōu)秀青年科學(xué)基金”獲得者,中國(guó)農(nóng)業(yè)科學(xué)院杰出青年英才。兼任動(dòng)物疫病防控全國(guó)重點(diǎn)實(shí)驗(yàn)室副主任、中國(guó)免疫學(xué)會(huì)獸醫(yī)免疫分會(huì)委員、中國(guó)畜牧獸醫(yī)學(xué)會(huì)生物技術(shù)學(xué)分會(huì)理事、中國(guó)畜牧獸醫(yī)學(xué)會(huì)動(dòng)物傳染病學(xué)分會(huì)青年委員、黑龍江省蛋白質(zhì)組學(xué)學(xué)會(huì)理事。自工作以來(lái),一直專注于解析囊膜病毒入侵細(xì)胞的共性機(jī)制。搭建了病毒感染相關(guān)宿主分子篩選平臺(tái),利用此平臺(tái),發(fā)現(xiàn)mGluR2與Cav1.2 α1c、TfR1協(xié)同發(fā)揮狂犬病病毒、新冠病毒和流感病毒內(nèi)化受體功能,揭示一種新的病毒內(nèi)化共性機(jī)制;發(fā)現(xiàn)α-SNAP受干擾素調(diào)控表達(dá)并直接調(diào)控弗林蛋白酶活性,影響多種病毒囊膜蛋白切割進(jìn)而影響病毒內(nèi)化。以第一或通訊(含共同)作者在Nature Microbiology、Cell Discovery、Protein & Cell、mBio、PLoS Pathogens、Science China Life Sciences、Journal of Virology發(fā)表論文10篇。主持國(guó)家重點(diǎn)研發(fā)計(jì)劃課題、子課題、國(guó)家自然科學(xué)基金優(yōu)秀青年基金和青年基金等多項(xiàng)課題。
