1、個(gè)人簡(jiǎn)歷
李雁冰,女,博士,研究員,博士生導(dǎo)師,動(dòng)物流感基礎(chǔ)與防控研究團(tuán)隊(duì)骨干,世界流感組織 OFFLU 的執(zhí)行委員(2021-2025)。一直從事禽流感流行病學(xué)及病原分子生物學(xué)研究,確診和復(fù)核了我國(guó)近年來(lái)家禽及野鳥(niǎo)H5NyHPAI疫情,確診并公布禽流感史上首次野鳥(niǎo)H5N1HPAI疫情,首次發(fā)現(xiàn)我國(guó)H5N1HPAIV抗原變異株,對(duì)引起我國(guó)家禽及野鳥(niǎo)HPAI疫情的H5N1HPAIV遺傳進(jìn)化、抗原變異、致病性差異機(jī)理等生物學(xué)特性進(jìn)行了較全面研究,為疫苗株更新及免疫效力評(píng)估提供種毒和代表毒株,間接產(chǎn)生巨大經(jīng)濟(jì)和社會(huì)效益。相關(guān)研究報(bào)告發(fā)表在Nature communications、Emerging Microbes and Infections、Emerging infectious Disease、Journal of Infections、Journal of Virology等雜志。擔(dān)任EMI、EID、VetSci、FM、Viruses,Vaccine、mlife等期刊的審稿專(zhuān)家。曾主持國(guó)家自然科學(xué)基金創(chuàng)新群體項(xiàng)目“動(dòng)物流感病毒的進(jìn)化及其與宿主互作機(jī)制”中的子課題"動(dòng)物流感病毒的生物學(xué)特性研究”;以及黑龍江省基金重點(diǎn)項(xiàng)目。主持國(guó)家“十五”攻關(guān)、“十一五”支撐、公益性行業(yè)專(zhuān)項(xiàng)、中央級(jí)科研院所基本科研業(yè)務(wù)費(fèi)專(zhuān)項(xiàng)等項(xiàng)目。主要參與農(nóng)業(yè)農(nóng)村部財(cái)政專(zhuān)項(xiàng)-動(dòng)物流感監(jiān)測(cè)與防控等項(xiàng)目。發(fā)表SCI論文70余篇,其中第一或通訊作者近30篇。獲國(guó)家科技進(jìn)步獎(jiǎng)一等獎(jiǎng),國(guó)家技術(shù)發(fā)明獎(jiǎng)、國(guó)家自然科學(xué)獎(jiǎng)二等獎(jiǎng),省科技進(jìn)步、省自然科學(xué)一等獎(jiǎng)等獎(jiǎng)項(xiàng)。獲得國(guó)家技術(shù)發(fā)明專(zhuān)利6項(xiàng)、新獸藥證書(shū)12項(xiàng),聯(lián)合/培養(yǎng)博士研究生10余名,碩士20余名。
